Athlete Performance Spaces
After completing construction of a new athletic facility, San Francisco University High School realized their newly built spaces lacked the energy and identity expected from a competitive athletics program. While the architecture was complete, the corridors leading to the locker rooms felt neutral and disconnected from the Red Devils brand.
The Athletic Branding Company was brought in to transform two multi-use student-athlete corridors serving men’s and women’s basketball and volleyball. With the spaces used across multiple sports, the solution focused on elevating the core Red Devils brand rather than sport-specific graphics.
Our team expanded the school’s visual language to align athletics with the recently updated academic brand, creating a unified identity across campus. Through bold typography, large-scale marks, dimensional lettering, achievements, and motivational phrases such as “The U Never Comes Off” and “The Standard Is the Standard,” the corridors now tell the story of Red Devils athletics.
The result is a high-energy environment that builds pride, reinforces tradition, and shifts athlete mindset the moment they step toward the locker room.
